The Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State has expressed shock over the death of its former Chairman,
Hon. Olasoji Adagunodo who died on Monday.

In a statement on Wednesday in Osogbo, the  state Chairman of the party,Hon Sunday Bisi, described late Soji Adagunodo as a brother and friend.

The Chairman, who declared three-day mourning in honour of the deceased, noted that the vacuum created by this sudden death would be greatly felt by the party, in the state, South West and the nation as a whole.

He said he was particularly grieved, given the fact dagunodo died at a time when his wealth of experience was needed to build and consolidate on the recent successes of the party in the state.

In line with the mourning mood the death of the former Chairman of the party has thrown the party and its members to, the party chairman directed that all flags at the state secretariat and local government chapters of party be flown at half mast for three days, beginning from Wednesday.
