KEDA postpones commissioning of Fashion Shared Facility indefinitely.

The management and staff of Kogi Enterprise Development Agency have postponed, indefinitely, the official commissioning of Kogi Fashion Shared Facility by the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, earlier scheduled to take place on May 22, 2023 at Okene, Kogi State indefinitely. 


Hajiya Rekiya Onaivo Sanni,MD/CEO, Kogi Enterprise Development Agency (KEDA), disclosed this on Monday in lokoja in a statement she signed and a copy made available to The Reporter.

She said:" The commissioning of the Shared Facility has now been postponed indefinitely due to circumstances beyond the control of the Agency. 

"We are aware that the fashion community, and indeed all Kogites have been anticipating this big moment - day set to mark the beginning of a great transformation in our Fashion Industry in Kogi State. 

"We sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences this postponement may have caused our esteemed invited guests, particularly our royal fathers, political office holders and of course, the fashion community. 

"The Agency wishes to assure our stakeholders and the general public that the new date will be communicated as soon as possible. 

"Meanwhile, the Agency under the purposeful leadership of His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello remains committed to revitalizing the socio-economic landscape of the State and will continue to support all initiatives that will enhance business and Enterprise.
